Would love to be able to build all buildings in each province. Is that a moddable thing?

Eador Imperium was fun for me, but perhaps I'm not as serious an Eador player. 8) A few things I very much liked:

- Sandbox mode
- Wizards and Archers can carry both melee and ranged weapons at the same time.
- Much more information can be gleaned about your empire from the map itself.

The additional hero types and units are also interesting, although there aren't nearly so many new units/items as in New Horizons.

What I don't like is how sluggish the 3D mode feels, or how confusing the Stronghold upgrade interface is compared to the original.

Is it possible to run a single-player New Horizons scenario, with no AI? Eador Imperium has this sandbox mode, and it's very nice if you just want to slowly expand and explore, especially since AI turn length isn't ever a problem.
