Class Build Question

Ranger Class seems to have very balanced skills overall so i was considering if i ever should make my non-ranger heroes (warrior, mage etc.) to make hybrids when they reach level 10 (ie. Druid, Assasin etc.)

What is your opinion about this?

Specially, scouting, terrain knowledge, diplomacy, looting all feal OP to me.

Is there any guide that i can find?
